Standard Shipping Policy

At OTCWholesale, we do our best to ship out orders in 1 to 2 business days from the day we receive them. We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Standard shipping usually takes about 3 to 5 business days for the package to reach its destination. (Excludes AK, HI, VI, PR, Military and other US Territories). Standard shipments are sent by USPS, FedEx, SmartPost and UPS.

There are never any handling charges with OTCWholesale.com and no shipping charges on orders over $59 within the Contiguous United States*. There is also Free Shipping for all items with the “Free Shipping Icon”.



Free Shipping is for standard ground shipping method only. Ground shipments are sent by a variety of carriers, including USPS, FedEx, SmartPost and UPS. Generally, orders placed Monday through Friday will arrive in 4-5 business days (within the Contiguous USA). Allow for a little more time for weekends and holidays. Free Shipping is available only for orders shipping within the Contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Territories and International Locations do not qualify.

Note: Business Days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays or weekends.

Please Note:

• *Orders weighing over 10 lbs are not eligible for free shipping. Weight is determined by the Dimensional Weight Calculator by UPS and FedEx.
• For larger orders or wholesale orders please add 1 to 2 business days for processing.
• Orders not shipping to the billing address will have additional processing days to allow for verification.
• All orders that have an email address included will receive an order confirmation email and later an email with the shipment tracking information. If you do not see these emails check your SPAM folder or email us at CustomerService@OTCWholesale.com. You can also track your order on the order status page: www.otcwholesale.com/orderstatus.html
• Weather is an act of nature. As such, we cannot control it. Neither can the shipping companies. Events that happen due to weather, are beyond our control and can occasionally cause a delay. We are not responsible for these delays.
• *Smart Post may have extended time frames to file insurance claims as they require USPS to search for the package for thirty days before filing claims.

Economy Shipping Policy - Slooowww Shipping policy

We now offer more economical shipping for the cost conscious that don't mind waiting longer to save some money. If you don't need your order right in a timely fashion and want to save a buck this method is for you.
This method utilizes First Class and Parcel Post or possibly any way we can ship it the cheapest.

Expedited Shipping Options

For our customers who just can’t wait... We offer the following expedited shipping options for order shipping within Contiguous United States only. Expedited Shipping is not available for shipping to AK, HI, US Territories, APO, FPO, or PO Boxes.

One Day Delivery	1 Business Day – Standard Overnight
Two Day Delivery	2 Business Day – 2Day
Three Day Delivery	3 Business Day – Express Saver

We do our best to ship out Expedited Orders the same day they are received (Monday – Friday). We cannot guarantee that expedited orders received after 12:30 PM EST will be shipped out that same day. (This is for those of you who demand we have a cut-off time.) We continue to ship Expedites until the Express Shipping Trucks pick up.

International Shipping Options

We have partnered with International Checkout to service our customers Worldwide!

International Checkout provides our customers with safe secure purchasing directly from our shopping cart. Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase in the OTC Wholesale shopping cart, simply click on the International Checkout button located below the shopping cart. Your order will then be transported directly to the International Checkout payment processing secure site. There you will have access to real-time shipping cost information and payment method verification. International Checkout offers some of the lowest international shipping rates available, and is simple to use.

International Customers can save 80% or more by following these simple steps:

3. Enter your credit card information, shipping and billing.
