This is the Digi-Extend hand exerciser made by CanDo! There are 4 bands each of tan, yellow, green, and red. It is simple and easy to change the bands. These are color coded resistance levels. Tan colored bands are xx-light. Yellow bands are x-light. Red bands are light. Green bands are medium. The CanDo modality works the hand and also the forearm. Its purpose is to strengthen the intrinsic and extrinsic muscle groups. Doing this maximizes extensor tendon gliding, joint motion, coordination, and muscle function in the hand and the forearm. The Digi-Extend is small and light. That makes it easy to take on the go with you! Great tool for exercise or physical/occupational therapy.
