Roscoe Onyx K4 Wheelchair with Swing-Away Footrests

This lightweight, yet high strength wheelchair is extremely versatile. It features upholstery and seat extensions built in to adapt easily to the individual needs of the patient. The functionality and superior value of this wheelchair makes it ideal for those looking for a chair with high performance at a moderate price.

The 16” wide seat easily adjusts in depth from 16” to 20” on the built-in upholstery extension and seat rail, requiring no further kits or upholstery. The seat and back upholstery features a flame-retardant, heavy-gauge nylon that also resists bacteria and mildew. If a seat cushion will be used, the padded, flip-back arm rests can be adjusted. Adjustable angle seat back and caster forks makes patient comfort a priority.

Long lasting reliability and performance in the wheels comes from the precision sealed wheel bearings, in both the front and back wheels. The composite 24” mag style wheels feature maintenance-free and lightweight urethane tires with a quick-release function. The rear wheels also feature wheel locks that are easily engaged with a push-to-lock function. The front wheels also have a three-height, adjustable angle caster forks to provide for more patient comfort.

The footrests swing away allowing for easy access for the patient entering and exiting the wheelchair. It also improves ease of use for caregivers assisting patients.

This chair comes with a five year warranty on the cross braces and the frame and a 90 day warranty on all other components.
