The Maverick Sound is one of the fastest growing programs and the largest fine arts program at Archbishop Edward McCarthy High school, under the current direction of Mr. Marcos Rodriguez. The band is split into four different programs: Marching Band, Jazz Band, Concert Band, and Color Guard. The band program has sent several students to several honors programs.
